Matt is a coach at heart, so he loves helping people build their audience and business with ConvertKit. Matt leads Onboarding and Training to help people get started and comfortable right away. He lives with his wife, son, and chocolate lab in Nashville. You should check out his vlog at YouTube.com/MattRagland
Nicole is thrilled to be on the Customer Success Team and Chief Certifier of our ConvertKit Experts. Nicole is a blogger herself, writing about organization and productivity at nicolestgermain.com. She lives in beautiful Seattle, Washington, where she drinks too much coffee and preaches the virtue of homemade butter.
Ashley likes sweets and helping people. At ConvertKit she primarily deals with all the money stuff: taxes, financials, projections, and budgets. But this doesn’t keep her from the fun of mailing t-shirts, on boarding teammates, and planning events. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her playing soccer or coaching cross country. She lives in beautiful Boise, Idaho but travels internationally when she gets cold.
Noel is a software developer from Boise, Idaho who now lives in Southeast Asia, where he enjoys Khao Soy (a Thai noodle soup) and scuba diving. He brings database and analytics experience to our team. When he’s not writing software, he’s teaching English and computers with his wife to the Karen, an ethnic minority from Burma and Thailand.
Steven grew up in the Pacific Northwest but has lived all over the West Coast. With a passion for learning and helping others, when he isn’t working, he enjoys spending his time reading, watching good movies, eating out with friends, and programming.
Matt loves building processes and people, and has done so in many different positions (and startups) in the past. His passion for the customer has led him to his current position as VP of Growth, overseeing the entire customer experience at ConvertKit. In his down time, Matt enjoys cycling, nordic skiing, camping, fly fishing and spending time with his wife, Michele and his chocolate labrador, Moose.
As a daughter of an entrepreneur, the wife of an entrepreneur, and an entrepreneur herself, Dani has lived and learned all sides of creating and growing businesses. She is excited to bring all that life experience as well as a decade of crafting content to the ConvertKit community. She is a part-time baker, dinner-party planner, and lover of good bourbon living the simple life in Nashville with her husband, Sean.
Nashville, TN is Alexis’s current residence, although the corn fields of Illinois are what she calls home. Creating, exploring, and inspiring others are her core life goals. She joined the Growth Team here at CK where she gets to do all three every day. Her main focus is managing our social media presence and engaging with our followers online, as well as direct outreach.
As a blogger and online entrepreneur, she understands the frustrations of growing an online business and aims to help bloggers find their fit with ConvertKit. You can find her gramming her way through life at @alexisteichmiller or her blog/podcast at alexisteichmiller.com.
Barrett is a servant leader, sustainability advocate, optimist, writer and outdoor enthusiast based in New York City. His work is driven by the belief that business is one of the most powerful forces for good in the world. In his spare time, Barrett enjoys spending time with his wife, family, friends, and two pups. You can find him hiking, skiing, reading, throwing a dinner party, or generally asking deep questions of the people he loves most.
Morgan is a Boise, Idaho native but recently graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder. She studied Art, Business and Graphic Design, and finds her passions in creativity and helping others. She now calls Denver, Colorado her new home away from home, where she loves to do yoga, go hiking and skiing, or anything that gets her outside.
Dylan is a designer and front-end developer based out of Sarasota, FL. At ConvertKit Dylan splits his time between managing the product roadmap as Product Owner and designing new features and UX improvements.
Outside of work Dylan enjoys skateboarding, late nights working on his project car, and playing Assetto Corsa.
Haley is a Boise native, but also spent part of her growing up years in the MidWest, where she met and married her high school sweetheart. A mountain lover at heart, and mom of two junior adventurers, she loves running, hiking, road trips, and her family. You can usually find her where there is good music and a good cup of coffee.
Charli is a designer from New Zealand currently living and loving life in London. She’s passionate about side projects and when she’s not designing at ConvertKit she's running an online store, and creating content for her design-centric YouTube channel and podcast with the aim of helping out young creatives.
As a self-proclaimed email marketing junkie, Semonna loves all things email from sequences to list building and all points in between. She's excited about sharing her technical experience and helping with ConvertKit's webinar and lead generation efforts.
When she's not working, you can find her drooling over ABC’s fall line-up.
Grant is an engineer who brings a lot of experience building and scaling production SaaS apps, and leading engineering teams. Grant enjoys running, cooking, and family time with his wife, 2 little boys and 2 dogs at home in Philadelphia, PA.
Miguel is a software engineer originally from Puerto Rico who grew up in sunny Orlando, FL. His love of technology is offset by a constant need to hike and follow his nose into the wilderness. He also loves almost anything that has to do with science fiction and trotting around the globe as much as possible with his guitar always in reach.
Pier-Olivier is a software engineer from Québec City and has been honing his skill for the last decade. Fluent in frontend and backend technology, he spends most of his day helping his team solve the hard problems at ConvertKit. He also spends most of his winter playing hockey or snowboarding. The summer is all about cooking on the BBQ!
Elizabeth is an executive assistant with over 10 years of experience. She loves working with leaders to make their jobs easier and helping companies run more smoothly. She has a passion for great company culture, meetings where actual work gets done, and well-organized calendars.
In her spare time Elizabeth likes to run, hike, backpack and cook. She is obsessed with animals and can frequently be found on the ground getting kisses from a random dog.
Isa is an author and former television host and loves nothing more than to talk to people about their dreams or their favorite television show (especially if that show is Game of Thrones). When she’s not spending time with the amazing creators who attend ConvertKit’s webinars she’s walking her dog Stanley around San Diego or writing her next book.
Renee is a city girl at heart, currently living that small town life. She’s had many labels on her name tag including Project Manager, Communications Consultant, Editor, Trainer, and Assistant, but the work itself is always about helping people do things better.
When she’s not working, she enjoys reading and traveling with her husband and son. Her life is fueled by coffee and sparkles.
Haley has worked in the SaaS technology space for the last six years. Before that she (played) and coached Division I volleyball which is where she got her passion to teach and coach. Technology sales is perfect for that passion because she loves to teach people how to be more successful in their business. She has always had a very entrepreneurial spirit and when she is not working with ConvertKit she is hustling for Native + Nest, a business that her and her best friend launched in early 2017. She has a great husband and two amazing little girls her keep busy.
Tyler’s most at home getting lost in blogs, podcasts or videos—or sharing all of the above with anyone who will listen. The latter is especially useful, as it’s what he does every day at ConvertKit. In a past life, he braved the wild west of retail management, led guerrilla marketing for startups, and ran content promotion programs for big brands. A creator himself, he runs an education website for short term rentals at laptoplandlord.com.
Tyler and his wife live in Chicago, though the Wisconsin natives often find themselves back north of the border chasing the divine trifecta of a Friday fish fry, frozen custard and the latest craft beer they’ve never tried.
Adam has spent the last 6+ years working with SaaS companies small and large, focused heavily on customer success and building teams. He is a Minnesota native, but has lived in Boise for the last 10 years where he lives with his wife and daughter. He’s happiest when he’s with his family, learning something new, or spending time outdoors on a mountain bike or snowboard.
Johnny is ConvertKit's resident Cloud Whisperer, helping the company manage and scale its cloud-based infrastructure. He strives to eliminate friction in shipping code, monitor and measure everything and make the platform speedy and efficient for everyone.
He loves laughing out loud with his wife and sons, particularly at dinner. At his gym you’ll discover his alter ego, Judge, who likes flipping tires, jumping on boxes and playing with barbells. Judge is mostly feared for saying, “No Rep”.
Ruslan is a computer negotiator currently living in capital of Slovakia who has been developing all sort of apps for what feels like forever now.
When not breaking things for others to fix he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and trying his hand in various crafts varying from beer brewing to woodworking, canvas painting and making music.
Christina is a software developer in Annapolis, MD. When not living the red-green-refactor dream, she's probably sailing, finally figuring out how to play the ukulele, or--if really lucky--enjoying a country ham biscuit and Cheerwine.
Derrick is a passionate, data-driven marketer with a diverse background leading teams at large e-commerce companies and fast-growing startups. He loves leading talented marketing teams & equipping them with the tools and skills they need to be the absolute best at what they do. Outside of work, you can find him doing what he loves most: living life with his wonderful wife and two fun-loving boys.
