Migration Type
Which one is right for me?
- Light migration:
  - Import of all subscribers, 50 tags, 3 forms, 10 sequence emails, 3 automations, 1 email template and takes 6–10 business days
- Standard migration:
  - Import of all subscribers, 50 tags, 15 forms, 25 sequence emails, 5 automations, 3 email templates and takes 10–15 business days
- Custom migration:
  - Import of all subscribers, 50+ tags, 15+ forms, 25+ sequence emails, 5+ automations, 3+ email template and takes 15+ business days depending on your needs
If your migration is complex or exceeds roughly 50 tags, 25 Forms, 50 emails, 10 Automations, and 3 email templates, we'll ask that you help out with the process.

Account Access
We'll need access to your current email provider to be able to help you move to ConvertKit.
You can share your login details with us one of the following ways:

1. Share login details via LastPass using migrations@convertkit.com

2. Share via secure encrypted link using 1time.app.

Please set expiration of the link to 7 days and paste the encrypted link below.
Important note If you are moving from MailChimp, you will need to create an admin user account for us to be able to access your account. A member of our team will be in contact with you to set up access.
Which method will you use to share login information?
- I've shared access via LastPass to migrations@convertkit.com
- I'll share via encrypted link (a box will appear below for you to paste in the link)
- I'm moving from MailChimp and will need to invite a user to my account.

You can use 1time.app to generate a temporary access link for our team to access your account. Don't add usernames or passwords to this form directly!
