We are hiring a VP of Product to better execute on product driven growth as we scale from $23M ARR to $100M ARR. You will guide our product strategy, manage our product development and release process, and work closely with our CEO, designers, and engineering team to build a great product that over 100,000 creators use to earn a living.

The team behind ConvertKit are spread around the globe, working remote from over 20 different cities. We only hire, work with, and develop A-players.   • Vacation time

    3 weeks of paid vacation plus 8 paid holidays a year. After a year with the team, your paid vacation increases to 4 weeks.

    US-based employees get a $3,200 equipment allowance on their first day and $2,500 every 2 years after that.
