Let’s find out.
Do you identify as an online creator? Are you a blogger, podcaster, YouTuber, maker, course creator, freelancer, coach, musician, or photographer? Do you make digital or physical products, provide services, build software, or have ads, sponsorships, or affiliate products and market or sell those things online?
If you answered yes to ANY of those descriptors, then yep, ConvertKit is built for someone just like you.
Our founder was a blogger and course creator who was frustrated by how difficult it was to get started as a creator. So instead of trudging through a tool that didn’t fit, he built ConvertKit to solve the pain points of creators like himself and you.
Our Free plan is a great choice for creators who are just getting started with building an audience. It will allow you to create landing pages, sell products, and send emails to up to 1,000 subscribers for free.
The Creator plan is perfect for creators who want to get started or grow their business with our powerful automation features that allow them to spend less time on marketing and more on creating. The plan grows with you, so it’s the perfect place to start.
The Creator Pro plan is highly recommended for creators with an existing email list who want to take their business to the next level with advanced features like subscriber engagement and deliverability reporting, Facebook Custom Audiences, and free access to Sparkloop for newsletter referrals.
So really, it’s up to you and where you’re at on your creator journey! If in doubt, create a Free account and take a look around.
There’s no credit card required to sign up for a ConvertKit Free account. As long as you’re managing less than 1,000 subscribers and you don’t need access to any of the features available in the Creator or Creator Pro plans, you can stay on the Free plan for as long as you like.
You truly won’t pay a cent until your email list grows past 1,000 subscribers, at which point we’ll invite you to add your card details and upgrade to a Creator plan where you’ll get access to features that help you keep up that momentum and grow your business.
To keep using your ConvertKit account once your trial is over, all you need to do is add a credit card when prompted the next time you sign into your account. Your account won’t skip a beat.
First off, congrats for already expecting to grow your email list. That’s the goal, right? We will never penalize you for growing your business.
When you go over your plan’s limit, we’ll automatically upgrade it to the next level. Your account won’t skip a beat. You’ll continue gathering subscribers and sending emails the whole time.
At this time, our team has to manually downgrade plans. If you plan to delete subscribers, please email email@example.com so we can adjust your subscription.
We’d hate to see you go, but we totally understand that sometimes things just don’t work out.
No matter if you’re on a monthly or annual plan, if you realize ConvertKit isn’t the right fit for you we can give you a refund as long as you’re within the first 30 days of the date you signed up for your account.
Our team will cancel your account and send that refund along immediately (but it will take 3-5 days to show up on your credit or debit card account).
Not at all! ConvertKit provides free migrations to any creator moving from other email marketing platforms. Just fill out the migration form so we can get all your details to make your move seamless, and you’ll hear from one of our migrations experts about your closing date.
And if you’re a DIY kind of creator, also we have some easy-to-follow guides to switching providers.
